She attended St Dominic's Priory School in Stone, Staffordshire.She has appeared in Born and Bred in the UK and Entourage, CSI Season 6 Episode 13: Kiss-Kiss, Bye-Bye as Eve Girard, and Wildfire. She starred in Sky's "Bedlam" as Kate Bettany. In October 2016, she joined the regular cast of Casualty as Dr Sam Nicholls.
In 2016 she appeared in an episode of BBC series Death in Paradise playing the part of murder victim Lisa Watson.
